Purpose
Everything that needs doing: from "call the lead" to "pay the lot". Most tasks are created automatically on deal stage transitions (see the "Automatic actions" column in deal stages), but you can also add them by hand.
How it should work
- My tasks and team tasks, a calendar.
- Tasks from a deal and recurring tasks.
- Reminders to the manager in the Telegram bot.
- Notifications about overdue tasks and about stages whose SLA is used up.
