Purpose
The main screen at the start of the day: what is on fire and what to do first. Per the spec it shows: my tasks for the day, new leads, deals with an overdue SLA, expected payments, cars arriving this week, and quick actions (new lead, new deal, upload a passport).
What works now
Beta The screen reads your company's data (respecting tenant isolation) and shows:
- Summary: active deals, contacts, open tasks, expected payments.
- Recent deals of your company with their stage. Side statuses (lost, cancelled, on hold, dispute) have their own labels.
- What already works: quick links to the turnkey cost calculator, Scout source health, API keys and the extension.
For a platform super-admin without a company the summary is replaced by "Platform mode" with a link to the super-admin.
In development: the full version of the screen
The full "Today" (tasks of the day, overdue SLA, payments, cars on the way, quick actions) arrives with the CRM services in Desk. Until then, if there are no deals, the screen says so: empty, with no invented data.
